Beaux Gateaux specializes in custom wedding cakes and chocolates with an emphasis on unique design artistry, serving the San Francisco Bay Area and Sonoma. An hour long complimentary formal tasting begins your experience at Beaux Gateaux. Setting the mood with fine china and linens; we will meet with you until we are completely satisfied that we have the "vision of the wedding cake of your dreams".
We specialize in working with white chocolate, and accenting our cakes with flowers, fruits and ribbons created with chocolate, sugar and marzipan . We also custom design chocolates for wedding and party favors. In both our custom cakes and chocolates, we use only the finest of ingredients with an emphasis on natural flavors.
Kay Dillon is the driving force behind the success of Beaux Gateaux Wedding Cakes. Kay is a graduate of the Baking and Pastry Arts Program at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. She honed her skills at a number of bakeries and restaurants including Le Chantilly and the Chocolate Argonaut. She continues to study under notable masters of cake artistry, including Colette Peters. Kay has taught classes in chocolatiering and cake decorating.
Our cakes start at $7/serving for buttercream and $9/serving for white chocolate, fondant or marzipan enrobed cakes serving 100 or more. Smaller cakes are priced per project. Handmade chocolate or sugar decorations are additional. The delivery and set-up fee is $50 in San Francisco, $50 an hour outside of the City.
