Awaaz experience reaches back as far as 1989 when Calvin started his first DJ job. The company entertains at more than 400 events annually; ranging from Wedding Receptions and Corporate Events, to Retirement Parties and Anniversaries. At every event, unless specifically asked not to, they act as a Master of Ceremonies and coordinate events of the day with the appropriate professionals. Depending on each clients wishes, they can interject a unique interactive entertainment style that will have guests up out of their seats and enjoying themselves, or they can offer a formal presentation that includes just the basic announcements; most clients prefer that they add the appropriate level of interaction based on each party's individual characteristics. Awaaz is extremely aware that they are working in a business of appearances, and that most guest's initial evaluation of an entertainer is very important this is the reason why Calvin and Dj Asif, Dj Amar go to great lengths to insure a good first impression. If guests arrive at an event and see that the entertainment is still setting up, in their eyes the entertainment is late. Awaaz policy is that all equipment will be set-up before the first guest arrives, we do not want to have even the appearance of being late. The sound systems that Awaaz uses are custom designed by Awaaz Entertainment. All equipment is enclosed in a compact podium that will compliment any setting the only wires you will see are the two speaker cables and the main power cord. Each podium contains commercial grade state-of-the-art equipment and has built in back-up. Awaaz is capable of handling an event with as many as 2000 guests, but can "tone it down," for events that are more intimate. Smaller "remote" sound systems, which can be controlled by either the main system or operated independently, are also available for wedding ceremonies and foyer pre-function gatherings.
