Initially I was really happy when I met Gauri. I did a makeup trial with her and was happy with the makeup. However on the wedding day, she was unable to dress me correctly in my lenghas for both the wedding and reception. During the wedding, the chuni was incorrectly pinned - we didnt realize until my sisters and I saw pictures of what it looked like. It was terrible.
My reception outfit was also pinned incorrectly. I actually tripped and fell on the chuni because it was not pinned up. Also, she did not stay for the full day-even though I had asked her too. She left prior to the reception beginning - and my relatives had to pin me up properly. I would not recommend her due to my experience.

Gauri is simply great. She got me ready for my Garba, Wedding and Reception. She made me look absolutely stunning and the pictures turned out amazing. Right from the beginning, we worked out all of my styles. I wanted to go dramatic and she made me look elegant, but still dramatic and amazing. She got my mom, sisters and future mother in law, and sisters in law ready without fuss. She's also really quick which was a blessing since I was short on time for the reception. She also went above and beyond what I needed with pure professionalism. I would hire her for another event in a heartbeat. Thanks Gauri!

Gauri did an amazing job getting me ready for my garba, wedding,and reception.She's a professionally trained makeup artist and you can really tell.She's easy to communicate with and has great input and suggestions, but at the same time will understand what you are envisioning and try to realize it.My makeup felt absolutely natural and looked amazing, as did my sister's and my mom's.We all have different skin and hair types, and she knew what kind of products to use accordingly.I got so many raves and inquiries about my makeup, including that it looked "fresh" and "modern";I heard people say my sister looked "like a model" and my mom looked "stunning" and "ten years younger".Gauri was always calm and collected,and I can't say enough about how happy we were.I'd hire her again in a heartbeat!

Where do I even start? I was so happy to have met Gauri. I really consider myself so lucky! She did a wonderful job with my hair and make-up and my mom's hair and make-up. She is an amazing very talented person. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for bridal hair and makeup.

Gauri got me ready for my wedding and reception and she really did an amazing job. I received so many compliments and my pictures looked amazing as well. Her pricing is reasonable and I really felt like I got my money's worth and much more. Her suggestions and help on the day of the wedding (and the week leading up to it) were really appreciated! I really wanted to try false eyelashes for my big day and I went on several different trials and wasn't happy with how they were applied. Gauri seemed like she was pretty comfortable applying false eyelashes and made them look and feel natural which was a huge bonus for me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone...Thanks Gauri!

I went on several trails before I came across Gauri. They all used the wrong colors for my skin tone. I was disappointed by the trails and was about to give up, but once I had my trial with Gauri I was extremely happy and excited! She did my make-up and hair for my wedding and reception flawlessly. My make-up matched my skin tone perfectly and did not look cakey at all. She also used really nice eyeshadow and lipstick colors. I loved that she was so willing to take my suggestions into consideration and implemented the vision regarding how always dreamt of looking to perfection. She is so sweet and very professional. I really enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone that wants to be at full ease and in good hands on their wedding day.

Gauri made me look beautiful for the big day. My makeup is flawless in all of the pictures! She's great because she will give suggestions, but never force them on you. She is very accommodating, and has great ideas for which colors and hairstyles would look best (in pictures, to match your outfit, in daytime vs. nightime, etc). What more could a bride ask for :)
She did my hair and makeup for my garba, wedding, and wedding reception. She gave me a classic look for my wedding and a very modern, contemporary look for my reception. She was very professional but also friendly, which was an added plus. Overall, I could not be happier that she got me ready for these events. It made all the difference.
